Thayná de Morais

A manual process is a loose part.

AI applied to the process a company already runs.

No system gets replaced. Open to remote roles.

What I do

01 · Implementation

I map the process, build the assistants, train the team.

Each rollout ships with a written guide.

Delivered at an accounting firm and in two training workshops, with the team running it on their own at the end.

02 · Automation

What is done field by field becomes a flow.

It runs in the company's own environment, documented, and it keeps running without me.

Record validation and API signup running in production, on n8n.

03 · Campaigns

Lead generation on Meta and LinkedIn, from plan to result.

A report on what worked and what did not, with numbers.

Accounts with high daily spend: creative, strategy and reading the numbers.

04 · Systems

When the answer is not an assistant or an automation, it is a screen.

Client work stays with the client. That is why none of it is on display here.

Two repositories that work as the brain of a business, with memory, agents and a design system.

What came out of it

2 AI systems in operation, built from scratch: my own studio and a company's.
33 documented processes of my own, each one callable by command.

How I work

Thayná de Morais, with pink hair, looking at the camera.

I left the introduction for the end on purpose.

You read all of that before knowing who wrote it. That was the point.

One person, from map to handover.

I scope it, build it, document it, and hand over the keys.

If this is the work you need done, let's talk.

I reply within one business day.
